Tracing & Art Theft
Let's talk about fhaerie_
DISCLAIMER: This document was started BEFORE fhae begun their hiatus. We only wish to bring attention to the situation as money has been involved, and it feels unfair to keep this information to ourselves. The timing is just unlucky, and we don't want to wait an undefined amount of time for their return before we can speak up about this issue.
I, along with several other artists within our community, have uncovered evidence indicating that "@Fhaerie_" has been appropriating artwork from others and presenting it as their own. This document is a compilation of instances where they have failed to credit the original creators for their work. We find it deeply unjust that this individual is profiting from the creative efforts of others without proper acknowledgment. It is important to clarify that drawing inspiration from existing art is a common practice and perfectly acceptable. However, directly copying or tracing without crediting the original artist crosses ethical boundaries. Furthermore, selling such copied work at inflated prices exacerbates the issue.Art theft undermines the integrity of the artistic community and can have detrimental effects on the livelihoods of creators. When artwork is stolen, the original artists lose not only potential income but also recognition for their talent and effort. This diminishes the incentive for artists to continue producing high-quality work, ultimately stifling creativity and innovation.Moving forward, it is imperative that individuals refrain from claiming traced or copied work as their own. Instead, they should strive to cultivate their own unique style and give credit where it is due. By fostering an environment of honesty and respect within the artistic community, we can ensure that all creators receive the recognition and support they deserve. Before we get into the evidence, It is important to mention that we're not trying to attack or cancel Fhae. We just want to educate people about why it's wrong to take someone's artwork and sell it as your own. It's important to respect artists and their work. We're not against commissioning or referencing other art, as long as it's done with permission and credit. And for the record, before we begin, Fhae has mentioned prior that they are against the very actions we are about to discuss in this document (Tracing/Stealing artwork), as seen here:
That being said, let's begin.

This document may be updated if necessary. We, again, only created this as it is unfair that Fhae's clients have been taken advantage of in ways like this. Every artist we could find has been linked in their respective pictures/pieces. Please do not send hate to anybody involved, including Fhae.
